When to put on
Push the spherical metal fitting in without turning it. Push it in until you hear a click or feel resistance. It doesn't require much force, but if you don't push it all the way in it will come off.
When removing
Grasp the sphere and, without rotating it, lift it up with your fingers. It will come off with a click.
