Description
A designer tote that gives you the feeling of wearing the comfort of leather and cotton around your body.
This bag was released with the desire to combine the universal ease of use of a tote bag with a sophisticated atmosphere.
By creating a tag on the front, a soft gusset is created on the inside that can be folded naturally, creating the distinctive “A-line” shape.
To ensure a comfortable fit befitting the silhouette, we first removed as many stitches and metal fittings as possible, based on the premise of functional beauty and the establishment of a good tailoring.
When you open the folded gusset, it takes on a familiar boxy appearance that is characteristic of a tote, and A4-sized magazines, documents, tablets, etc. can be stored in a slim gussetless tote.
The two pockets, which are convenient for organizing the bag, can hold a smartphone or a mini wallet.
・About the materials
The main material used is soft, high-quality leather (cowhide).
The natural grain and wrinkles give it a relaxed feel.
The colour is brought out by a combination of tannin-containing tanning and dye finishing, giving the leather a calm dark tone with a sense of transparency.
The interior is primarily made of 100% cotton fabric, providing a familiar and comfortable feel.
The handle (shoulder strap) is made of thin 2cm-wide bonnell tape made in Okayama, which goes well with the cotton interior. Two pieces are layered together to make one, which prevents stretching and ensures strength.
